Ron Little, Executive Vice President and COO, is retired from the United States Air Force and Delta Air Lines.  He brings 31 years of military leadership and 40+ years of airline maintenance and aviation consulting experience to the executive team.  As COO he is responsible for operations, and business strategies needed to run a safe, optimized and compliant day-to-day operation.

Heather Tumlin

Heather Tumlin, General Manager and CFO brings 20 years of business / office management experience to the executive team to manage all office operations to include project planning and efficient scheduling of surveying crews needed to complete survey projects in a timely manner.  Her role as CFO brings with it the responsibility of managing the company’s financial strategies that strive to keep our costs under control resulting in a competitive advantage with our pricing.

Marty Kangiser, Vice President Marketing and Sales is a retired General Manager from Delta Air Lines with years of small business entrepreneur experience.  He brings over 40+ years experience in corporate leadership, business strategies and sales to the executive team.  As VP of Marketing and Sales he is responsible for developing our marketing strategy to include commercial account management and sales.
